In the souk around it is 40 or 50 restaurants for which you take an electric boat. All the area is made with canals.
It is like Disneyland decor true not very authentic but still surprising.
We've been to pai thai restaurant which has correct food and service.
Pierchic has an Amazing view but prices are too high and waiters expect you to spend cash.
